Purpose of Data Processing

We process user information for the following specific purposes:

  • “WORK WITH US” Section: Data is processed to evaluate candidate suitability for selection processes.
  • “ETHICAL CHANNEL” Section: Data is processed to manage complaints, initiate investigations, prevent legal liability, and address conduct contrary to internal and external regulations.

Data Retention Period

Data is retained as long as there is a legitimate interest and the data subject does not object. Data from the Ethical Channel is retained for a maximum of three months, unless required as evidence for the entity’s crime prevention model. In such cases, data may be retained and processed by internal compliance controllers. Unprocessed communications are anonymized.

Legal Basis for Processing

Processing is based on the explicit consent of the data subject. For the Ethical Channel, processing is also based on a legal obligation under GDPR Article 6.1.c and Law 2/2023.
