DMS Manager
This system module manages the integration of all information, creating a seamless interface with the other modules. Structural processes allow for creating a flow between each stage of the process.
Administration Module
The operations management has access to implement changes in document management workflows, add users, roles, and products without IT support intervention.
Reporting Module
The Reporting module enables the creation of complex reports. The fully customizable system groups variables on activity, management performance, and productivity of the managers. Reports are exportable to various formats and generated in real time.
Data Import Module
This module is a sophisticated tool that provides users with the ability to create routines for importing documents (RPA, demographics, or informational items), whether in performing or non-performing debt.
Legal Document Administration
We have a fully integrated solution within the system for document management, generating all outgoing mail elements and judicial documentation. It also allows digitization of all incoming traffic (OCR).
