DMS Manager
This module of the system manages the integration of the information, building the perfect surface together with the other modules. Structural procedures allow for the creation of a circuit at every stage of the procedure.
Administration Module
The operational direction has access to the integration of changes in the management circuits of documents, adding users, roles and products, without the assistance of IT.
Reporting Module
This module permits the elaboration of complex reports. The system, totally customized, combines activity, management and productivity variables. The reports can be exported to different formats and are generated in real time.
Data Import Module
This module is a sophisticated tool that provides the user with the capacity to create routines for the document import (RPA, demography or informative data), debt or non performing debt.
